Identity Recalibrated Conservatory was not born from an academic theory or a business idea. It was born from Apostle- Dr. Tangela's own transformation. Long before she was entrusted to lead others, she had to learn how to Steward her own life, and thea goes far beyond a professional calling - it shaped how she showed up as a wife, mother, friend and ultimately as a leader.
IRC exists because Dr. Tangela believes that emotionally healthy leaders create healthier families, healthier organizations, and healthier communities. This Conservatory is more than a place of learning. Dr. T as she is affectionately called is the FoundHER and Visionary of the Identity Recalibrated Conservatory (IRC), a leadership development experience rooted in identity restoration. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and woman of faith. Apostle Dr. Mitchell-Rivers is deeply committed to leagacy-building and creating pathways for transformation that extend beyond success into generational impact. Through IRC she helps individuals to heal from within, strengthen emotional regulation, and lead from a place of clarity, integrity, and transformed identity. Hew work bridged personal healing with purposeful leadership, cultivating individuals who are then equipped to impact families, communities, and generations to come.
Apostle Tangela remains committed to one mission: helping people discover Who they are, hela from what has held them back and step boldly into their God given calling.
She teaches that healing is not seperate from leadership - it is foundational to it.
