The Why Behind IRC
We live in a world that teaches us how to achieve, perform and produce, but rarely teaches us how to return to who we were created to be. Identity Recalibrated Conservatory was born from the understanding that lasting transformation doesn't begin with what we do, it begins with who we believe we are.Â
We understand and teach that before leaders can guide others, they must first become anchored in who they are. In order to help others discover their purpose, they must understand their own. In order to build something meaningful, they must be willing to do the inner work of introspection, refining, and recalibration of their own foundation. Â

IRC exists to cultivate transformational leaders through a process of identity restoration, personal development, Biblical and practical equipping. We believe coaching and facilitation are not simply skills to be learned, they are responsibilities that require alignment, self awareness and intentional preparation. The Conservatory creates a safe space where individuals are challenged to deconstruct what no longer serves them, rebuild with clarity and purpose, and reintroduce themselves to the world as equipped leaders who are prepared to create meaningful impact!
The Three Stages of Recalibration
Identity Recalibrated™ moves women through three stages:
   Deconstruction → Reconstruction → Reintroduction.
Foundation- DeconstructionÂ
Transformation-Reconstruction
Integration- Reintroduction
This is where the work begins. The goal is to strip away misaligned identities that were formed through survival, expectation, and environment.Â

Outcomes: Clarity and truth about what must be dismantled before true identity can emerge.
After you dismantle the false identity, you must intentionally rebuild. In this space mindsets are renewed, healing internally takes place.Â

Outcomes: A restructured internal identity framework.Â
The Recalibrated Identity must now be embodied and lived. You are now making aligned decisions, and leading from the solidified place.Â

3 Phases
PHASE 1:
Becoming The Greenprint™
Â
This foundational phase (Revival) focuses on the individual. Through our framework students journey through Identity- work, healing, mindset renewal and personal transformation. Before leading others you must first experience recalibration yourself.Â
THIS IS A PRE-REQUISITE COURSE BEFORE MOVING TO ANY OTHER COURSES OR TEACHINGS.
PHASE 2:
Leadership Formation
Leadership is cultivated through continued formation, practical training mentoring, and character development. Here, students are equipped to serve, influence, and guide others with excellence. This is the Restoration
PHASE 3:
Leadership in Action
Formation is demonstrated through faithful leadership. Graduates may serve in coaching, Greenprint facilitation, ministry, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, or other areas of influence. For those called to the five-fold ministry, affirmation and ordination are considered through an intentional process of ongoing formation and demonstrated leadership - not simply completing a course. This is the Reformation
Bottom line: we don’t just build our empire—we equip you to build yours.
Corporate Leadership/Entrepreneurship
This opportunity is discerned through observation and the leading of the Holy Spirit. You may also be affirmed in five-fold ministry. TMR Global includes a dedicated ministry sector to support this dimension of your calling.
Ministry Leadership
You’ll have the opportunity to apply to facilitate the very courses you’ve experienced. You can become licensed to use the Greenprint framework, with a two-year commitment period of evaluation and support before stepping out on your own.
Licensed Greenprint Facilitation
Once you’ve shown that you’re ready to help others transform, you’ll be certified in your area of expertise. This is evaluated individually, based on what you’ve demonstrated in practice.
